Terms of Service

The service and pilot access

Mellplus AI is being developed as an AI operations service for Amazon sellers, combining business insights, recommendations and seller-authorized workflow management. The current pilot supports research, analysis of seller-provided information, answers, checklists and reports; planned Amazon features extend this to connected business operations. Access is currently invite-only. You must be able to enter an agreement and, when using a business account or its data, be authorized to act for that business. Keep your account credentials private and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

The service is free during the invite-only pilot. Paid plans will come later; no paid subscription is created by joining the pilot. Any future paid offer will state its price and billing terms before you choose to purchase it. Optional Keepa access requires your own Keepa API key and is billed separately by Keepa.

AI guidance and your decisions

AI answers may contain errors, omit relevant information or be out of date. Review source evidence and verify recommendations before acting. You remain responsible for your listings, advertising, inventory, business decisions and compliance with Amazon policies and applicable law.

The service does not promise sales, rankings, profits, reinstatement or any other business outcome. It is not a substitute for legal, tax or other regulated professional advice. Amazon write actions are not available in the current release. Planned actions will require explicit seller approval or a clearly bounded standing authorization, validation, permission checks and an audit record. Approval will apply to the specified account, marketplace and action limits; sellers will be able to cancel future authorization. A completed action may require a separate corrective action and may not be reversible. Keep your own copies of important business records.

Amazon and other connections

Amazon SP-API and Amazon Ads connections are not yet enabled and require applicable Amazon approval and your separate authorization. The planned SP-API scope covers listings, pricing, orders and returns, fulfillment, FBA inventory and replenishment, finance and profitability, sales and traffic, Brand Analytics, and Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD). It includes seller-authorized listing, pricing and supported operational changes. The implemented connectors currently support only marketplace, listing and FBA inventory reads; this initial implementation does not define the full planned service. Restricted buyer information is not currently requested. Features requiring additional roles, restricted data or account eligibility will remain unavailable until their specific requirements are met.

Authorize only accounts you own or are permitted to manage. A connection never grants access to another seller’s private account without that seller’s authorization. You can remove supported connections in Settings; revoke Amazon authorization in Amazon’s own account controls as well. Revocation stops authorization for future access and must also initiate the applicable Amazon-data deletion process; removal of a stored token alone does not erase saved data. Our planned Amazon policy requires deletion of Amazon-derived information and copies within 30 days of the earliest applicable Amazon deletion notice, seller revocation or termination, loss of processing authority, or end of our Amazon service participation, subject only to legally required retention. The Privacy notice describes the deletion scope and how to request deletion.

Amazon Ads is a separate integration: current connector code reads advertising profiles and Sponsored Products campaign configuration; the intended scope includes advertising analysis and seller-approved campaign, budget and bid changes. SP-API authorization does not authorize Amazon Ads access. Additional features may require Amazon approval and renewed seller authorization; availability is not guaranteed for every account or marketplace.

Mellplus AI is independent of Amazon and is not endorsed by Amazon. Your agreements with Amazon, Keepa and other services continue to apply when you use them.

Your content and permitted processing

You retain your rights in the content you submit. Provide only information you have the right to use and share for analysis. You permit Poluco LLC and the service providers described in the Privacy notice to process that information to operate the service and respond to your requests.

Do not put passwords, API keys, access tokens, payment-card information or Amazon buyer personal information in conversations or uploads. Use the designated Settings controls for supported API keys. Our interface, branding and reference materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. You may use generated outputs for your business, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. Outputs may resemble other outputs; we do not promise exclusivity, copyright protection or ownership of third-party material. You remain responsible for checking outputs before publishing or acting on them.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive activity; to violate Amazon policies or another party’s rights; to access data without permission; or to generate fake reviews or manipulate customers. Do not upload malware, probe other users’ accounts, bypass access controls, extract secrets or private reference material, or interfere with the service.

Availability, account authority and third-party access

Pilot features may change, be interrupted or become unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted service or a particular response time. Amazon or another provider may restrict an API, change eligibility or suspend access; affected features may stop working. We will identify material service changes in the service or through an account notice where practicable.

Business administrators are responsible for authorizing users and actions within their authority, reviewing access when responsibilities change, and telling us when access should end. Removing a user’s access does not authorize that user to keep using business data. If Amazon access is suspended, revoked or lost, affected API activity must stop and applicable data-deletion obligations continue.

Stopping use and account access

You may stop using the service at any time and request account closure or deletion through support. We may restrict or suspend access when needed to address misuse, security risks, legal requirements or the end of the pilot. Ending access does not replace the deletion process described in the Privacy notice or cancel a separate subscription with another provider.

Changes and questions
